An optional mini-fridge is allowed in most guest bedrooms. When placed on a bedside cart and used
with the eye-level cabinet above, it creates a personal food and beverage area.
In case of a choking emergency direct
care staff members are trained in the Heimlich Maneuver and First Aid/CPR.
Penn Assisted Care is
not responsible for food consumed off the premises or food that is not directly provided by the home.
